Santa's Workshop - December 8, 2007
One of the most popular and successful fundraising events is Santa's Workshop. This is a wonderful opportunity for children 5-12 years of age to help Santa whittle down his list. Each child will make and take up to 14 gifts that will be wrapped and ready to be placed under the Christmas tree. Each one-hour session is adult supervised (no peeking-so no parents allowed). Children must be able to work on their own. Please bring a big paper bag with you child's name on it. Tickets are $10/child. Registration can be made at www.ppscommed.org or by calling (269)323-6700.
A Christmas Carol at the New Vic Theatre
Join us for the New Vic Theatre's annual production of Charles Dickens' classic A Christmas Carol. With the memorable characters of Ebenezer Scrooge and Tiny Tim, Dickens presents not only a frightfully entertaining tale-but an important lesson about the true spirit of Christmas. Proceeds from ticket sales support the KJWC and it's philanthropic agencies. Caroling by the New Vic Theatre members begins approximately 25 minutes prior to each performance.
